Valpolicella DOC Superiore
14,00€
This wine comes from a special vineyard, grown in an old marl quarry at 450m altitude, which we have converted
the cultivation of the vine.
Our Valpolicella Superiore, aged only in cement, has a ruby red color with aromas of fresh red fruit, a good persistence and a smooth mouthfeel.
The grapes are hand harvested at the end of September, there is a carefull selection to pick only grapes perfectly riped.
The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, the wine is then aged in large concrete tanks for 12 months and remains in the bottle for 6 months.
