Classic method made only with Garganega grapes. The characteristic of this sparkling wine is the great balance of the aromas of wildflowers, citrus and aromas deriving from yeasts: bread crust, brioche. On the palate the fresh and elegant flavours match with the natural minerality of this wine.
After destemming, the skins of the grapes remain in contact with the must to extract all the character of the Garganega. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 10-15 days at controlled temperature. Second fermentation in bottle for 60 months and remuage for 1 month, followed by uncorking and disgorgement.
