Classic method with a bright pink color and aromas of white flowers and fresh red fruit. It is a crispy, sapid and persistent wine that envelops the palate with its elegance. The finish is clean with a pleasant fruity return.
Skin maceration for 12/15 hours and soft pressing in complete absence of oxygen. A first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for about 10 days, where it remains for a period of 4-5 months. Then the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, where it will remain in contact with the yeasts for 60 months until disgorgement.
