The aromas recall notes of red jammy fruit and the typical intense and persistent herbaceous notes of Cabernet Sauvignon, from wich the wine is made. It is a dry, tannic and well-structured wine.
The grapes used for this wine, after being destemmed are gently pressed. Maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks for about 8/10 days. After racking, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 8 months.
